Delivery and Return Policy

1. Vehicle Delivery
- Vehicles are delivered based on a confirmed reservation, at the agreed date, time, and location.
- Available delivery locations include Bucharest, Otopeni Airport (OTP), or any other pre-arranged point.
- The client must present the required documents (ID, driving license, security deposit card, etc.) at the time of pickup.
- Vehicles are delivered clean, with a full tank of fuel and no visible damage (except for any mentioned in the handover report).
2. Vehicle Return
- Vehicles must be returned at the date and time specified in the rental agreement, in the same location or another approved location.
- The car must be returned in the same condition it was delivered: clean, with the same fuel level, and free of damage.
- Delays in return may result in additional hourly or daily charges, based on the current rental policy.
- Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds unless explicitly stated in the contract.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur partial or full charges, depending on the season and availability.
- No-shows (failing to collect the car) will result in the full amount being charged with no refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
